Villalobos Concrete is proud to support Douglas County’s efforts to enhance road quality and safety at the University/Lincoln and Quebec intersection in Highlands Ranch. This comprehensive rebuild includes new traffic signals, raised pedestrian safety islands, additional lanes on Lincoln Avenue and University Boulevard, and a dedicated right-turn-only lane from southbound Quebec to westbound University. Construction began in July 2023 and is scheduled for completion in fall 2024.
