Quebec Lincoln University Intersection
Villalobos Concrete successfully delivered a full rebuild of the University/Lincoln and Quebec intersection in Highlands Ranch—finishing ahead of schedule and raising the standard for regional roadwork. Completed in partnership with Douglas County, the project features new traffic signals, raised pedestrian safety islands, expanded lanes on Lincoln Avenue and University Boulevard, and a dedicated right-turn-only lane from southbound Quebec to westbound University, all aimed at boosting safety and traffic flow in one of the area's busiest corridors.
