C-470 & Quincy Roundabout
Villalobos Concrete helped bring major improvements to the Quincy & C-470 Interchange, delivering a redesigned layout featuring a single-lane roundabout with bypass lanes, reconstructed ramps, and widened lanes to ease congestion and streamline traffic. The project also included new retaining walls for slope stability, a modernized drainage system, and upgraded traffic signals and lighting—raising both the safety and performance standards for this busy corridor.
