After many years of dedication and service, Gary Ungerman has concluded his tenure as Director of Business Development at Villalobos Concrete.

Before joining Villalobos Concrete, Gary held key roles at Castle Rock Construction Company, where he was responsible for operations, estimating, scheduling, and oversight of concrete crews. His work on complex projects was praised for successfully meeting technical and logistical challenges with a spirit of collaboration and expertise. Gary’s journey with us began after he developed a strong professional relationship with Hector Villalobos during his time at CRCC.

During his time at Villalobos Concrete, Gary played a significant role in identifying new opportunities and managing key aspects of vital projects. His industry expertise and extensive network helped drive several important initiatives. His efforts have been instrumental in expanding our reach and solidifying our reputation in the industry.

In addition to his work with us, Gary has been an active leader in the civil construction community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Wyoming/Colorado Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) and contributing to various committees with CDOT, CRMCA, and CCA.

We are grateful for Gary’s contributions and wish him all the best in his retirement. His continued involvement in the industry ensures his influence will be felt for years to come.
